Annual hosting fee (excludes any url fees if our free sub-domain is not used).
We normally only accept hosting and use of our sub-domains to keep costs to a minimum as it makes routine maintenance and database backup routines and any updates easier for us to manage.
If hosting is required on your own server, url - please contact us with further details as an additional cost for settting up and annual backup/update service will need to be agreed as well as direct access to the hosting party database server for ftp management of the webapp etc.

This is an annual rate. First year starts from date of webapp going live (available to web visitors). Second year will be from end first year to following 1st April (pro-rata in complete months). This is to allow us to set all client renewals for the same period/date each year and saves us administation costs.

Description

This E-SHOP is an example of this Module - easy to use and configure, less complex that most monthly cost e-shops, with help direct from me the developer! As the developer we can customise and adapt our e-shop to suit individual requirements i.e. supply only, supply and fit, custom invoices / statements, add calendars with events (i.e. delivery, fit date bookings) etc. Charges dependant on scope of requirements above and beyond this base model.

It is configured to be part of our standardised WebApp websites provided by us, providing complete synergy of design throughout your website design.

It can also be supplied as a stand alone WebApp and be linked to from any existing website. That however incurs additional costs on us that are normally covered in our base webapp application element. So for stand alone application please select the appropriate catalogue listing.

Recommended for:

 <li>self employed small business</li>
 <li>technophobes who want to manage their own e-shop with minimal technical or pc skills</li>
 <li>normal usage of 1-5 categories with an average of 10 items in each (10-50 items total)</li>
 <li>maximum of up to 10 categories of avarage 10-20 items in each (100-200 items total)</li>
</ul>

Not recommended for:

<ul>
 <li>Large selling outlets of more than 500 products/items, In this case we would recommend a customised solution. </li>
 <li>anyone trying to emulate an Amazon type e-shop!</li>
</ul>

We presently do not enforce a maximum number of products/items - if this were to be introduced out of necessity in the future, it would be based around the above recommendations.
