Annual hosting fee (excludes any url fees if our free sub-domain is not used).
We normally only accept hosting and use of our sub-domains to keep costs to a minimum as it makes routine maintenance and database backup routines and any updates easier for us to manage.
If hosting is required on your own server, url - please contact us with further details as an additional cost for settting up and annual backup/update service will need to be agreed as well as direct access to the hosting party database server for ftp management of the webapp etc.

This is an annual rate. First year starts from date of webapp going live (available to web visitors). Second year will be from end first year to following 1st April (pro-rata in complete months). This is to allow us to set all client renewals for the same period/date each year and saves us administation costs.

For new or renewal:

HTTPS/SSL Secure Database/Website Server 1&1 - Hosting annual renewal fee on our server but not as a sub-domain.

<h3>Annual renewal fees:</h3>

For us to continue renewal of your sites URL(s) and the HOSTING of your website files, database storage and e-shop data, we require you to pay for the renewal fees (a direct cost to us) and hosting fees (expense to us).

 <li>Our fees are set out herein.</li>
 <li>Please use this e-shop facility to settle, pay for your annual renewal fees.</li>
</ul>

Sub-Domains on appsite.uk

<ul>
 <li>You only need to purchase webapp / website hosting fees and e-shop hosting (if applicable)</li>
 <li>There are no URL charges as our sub-domains with https/ssl protection are included in our service and hosting fee.</li>
</ul>

ANNUAL URL RENEWALS:

<ul>
 <li>You need to purchase the URL renewal fee together with the applicable annual hosting fee</li>
 <li>URL's are normally of the standard lower price types, however if you have requested us to secure 'special' URL categories you must select the appropriate fee.</li>
 <li>We reserve the right to amend the URL fees for 'special url's' in line with any increase in charges on us by the providers etc.</li>
 <li>If you have HTTPS/SSL URLS with us you must purchase the annual subscription cost in addition to the URL fee (not applicable on our sub-domains or standard HTTP sites)</li>
 <li>Please note we cannot provide our SBA Webapps or E-Shops on HTTP URL's as they require secure websites as HTTPS/SSL (certificated)</li>
 <li>If we have provided you with more than one URL please select the additional URL fee as applicable. Generally we never recommend more than 1/2 URL's to our clients.</li>
 <li>Hosting of the same data under different URL's does not incur additional hosting costs as we merely 'point' the additional URL's to that served under the main / primary URL.</li>
</ul>

ANNUAL HOSTING RENEWALS:

<ul>
 <li>You need to purchase your HOSTING fee together with the URL fees as applicable.</li>
 <li>Annual hosting fee for HTTPS/SSL or Annual hosting fee for HTTP sites - whichever is applicable.</li>
 <li>Late payments are not acceptable as we renew URL's & Hosting in advance of their expiry to ensure they are retained for you to use.</li>
 <li>Cost/fee for SSL is under the URL options above.</li>
 <li>Hosting of the same data under different URL's does not incur additional hosting costs as we merely 'point' the additional URL's to that served under the main / primary URL.</li>
</ul>

We shall check your purchase against your webapp / website set-up to ensure the correct fees are paid and confirm the extended validity back to you.
