We normally only accept hosting and use of our sub-domains to keep costs to a minimum as it makes routine maintenance and database backup routines and any updates easier for us to manage.
If hosting is required on your own server, url - please contact us with further details as an additional cost for settting up and annual backup/update service will need to be agreed as well as direct access to the hosting party database server for ftp management of the webapp etc.

This is an annual rate. First year starts from date of webapp going live (available to web visitors). Second year will be from end first year to following 1st April (pro-rata in complete months). This is to allow us to set all client renewals for the same period/date each year and saves us administation costs.
